If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund less shipping cost or exchange within 14 days of making a purchase.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first by email or using the contact information on this site.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
If the product is found damaged or used preventing resale in premium condition, then we may reject a refund.

Do not iron Items
It is recommended you hand wash Harnesses with cold soapy water. If you want to machine wash, use a protective bag and wash at 30 degrees. Air dry only

All Items are shipped from Dublin, Ireland. We use An Post and their partners as our postal service, and are delighted to ship Worldwide.
If you want extra security and tracking we recommend Registered post.

For the rest of Europe
